Starting with oneself, we can get to unfold the skills that allow us to connect with others, inspire, transmit our values, create high-performance teams and achieve goals in environments of change and uncertainty.
What are the key competencies that today’s Leader needs, and how to develop them, quite a challenge, but more necessary than ever.
Speaker Short bio:
Dr. Luis Ignacio Ballesteros Sánchez is a Doctor in Industrial Engineering from the UPM and official postgraduate degree in Psychology from the UNED. He is a Professional Coach certified by ICF and Professor of Project Management at the School of Industrial Engineers in Madrid.
He is also an interpersonal skills trainer and executive coach. He is attached to the Directorate of Leadership and Technology Center of the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is the author of the book “Business Coaching: Practical Guide froma scientific look” (2020), Editorial Síntesis.
